Welcome to my page! A few words about myself...

Hi, I'm Lena, a professional photographer in Offenburg, Freiburg im Breisgau, and the surrounding area. I specialize in newborn photography, family photography, and wedding reportage. I am mobile and create baby shoots in a relaxed and loving atmosphere at your home.

I started my own business as a photographer in 2012 and since then I have had the privilege to accompany many families and adorable newborn babies with my camera.

My photography journey started 12 years ago in the United Kingdom, where I worked for London and the surrounding areas. In the UK, I was a member of a professional British photographers association and attended a number of workshops to continually develop my skills and techniques. In 2018 our family started a new adventure and moved to the beautiful Black Forest region in Germany, bordering France and Switzerland.

I love to create a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere during the photo shoot where everyone can be themselves. My goal is not only to produce great images but also to create a positive experience for my clients. I want them to remember the photo session as a fun and heartwarming time spent with their loved ones.

Apart from photography, travel is my greatest passion. I am also a certified mentor in Neumayer Stiftung KiFa (Kinder & Familienbildung) educational program as I love to communicate with different families and happy to share my experience.

We first came for an outdoor pregnancy photo session and despite bad weather, we were simply blown away by the photographs Alena presented us with at the end! No wonder we immediately booked another shoot for when our baby was born. And again, Alena didn't disappoint: she was friendly, accommodating and most of all very patient with our 10-week old, which we really appreciated. And most importantly, the end result was beautiful.
